End User License Agreement (EULA)

Object of this agreement is a program File Image Uploader. (further as 'program')
Author of this program is z_o_o_m. (further as 'author')

This is an agreement between a user and an author which specifies condition of use.

By running this program the user accepts rules in this agreement and terms/agreements of each
server which program supports (see their sites).

The author reserves all rights to this program. This program is copyright protected.

The author created this program on the basis of his knowledge and is not aware of serious bugs
in program. In spite of this, the program doesn't have to be flawless and the author is not responsible
for any damage caused by using it (eg. unfinished upload). The author can't influence server
malfunction and doesn't guarantee the uploading functionality.
User overteaks all responsibility and risks related to use of this program.
Author reserves the right to finish developement of this program, to change functionality and to
change terms of use.

It is forbidden
- to use program to commit illegal activities
- to modify, analyze, disassemble program ('reverse engineering') ...
- sell, rent or make money on this program or its name

It is allowed
- to use this program for the purpose it was created, i.e. uploading files to supported servers and
other functions (file management)
- promote this program for free
